  1. It is important to consider and know first the ingredients of the drugs or pills before you start using them. As I stated above, there are weight loss pills and drugs that cause you serious health issues such as heart disease, kidney problems and if taken the wrong way could even lead to untimely death. Some of the most common symptoms of these drugs are palpitation, dizziness, nausea and even insomnia.
